Services we offer in conjunction with Banner AHCCCS:

• Habilitation Consultation - this service assists a member to remain in his/her/their home or the family or caregiver’s home and to participate in community activities, by providing a variety of behavioral interventions. Habilitation Consultation is a consultative service that is intended to complete an assessment and develop an intervention plan. The plan identifies strategies to strengthen the skills of the member and his/her/their family or caregivers. The member must be eligible for ALTCS and the family/caregivers must have the ability and interest to participate in this service.
